Guard is such an amazing baby. I know that every parent thinks that about every child, but Guard is the most amazing little thing to me. I love to be with him. He makes me happy. He makes me smile. He makes me want to be a better mom.
(Now that he is crawling at full speed, it is so difficult to get good pictures of him. We also had some funny light coming in through the window, so these picture are not the best.) 
The things that Guard loves right now:
*the vacuum. He follows it around and loves to climb up on it while it is running. He is so obsessed with it that someone has to be holding him while someone else vacuums.
*his puppy. Guard loves Coal - completely. They have so much fun together. Guard will get one of Coal's balls and tease her with it. Guard will hold it, chew on it, hide it behind his back and laugh. And luckily, for Guard, Coal puts up with it. In fact, she is so patient with Guard. They are really cute together.
*chocolate. He must be a Fowler.
Things that Guard dislikes:
*HIS BOTTLE. I know I sound like a broken record about his bottle, but it has been such a battle. A bottle battle. He's cried, I've cried. We will both be so happy when we are done with this nonsense. He really likes water and will drink from a straw, so he is ready to move on. We both are ready to move on - soon.
Do you see those teeth? Yep, teeth this month. He hasn't been too thrilled about it, but he has weathered it well. Two on the bottom and one on the top - on the side, a fang.
He is so curious and loves to learn new things. What an amazing little boy!

He is "one in a million." What a cutie, Guard is. We are loving getting to know him better.
