Waterslides at Pack Meeting

Our family had so much fun at our second annual Classic Water slide Pack Meeting. Again, Brother Halls graciously hosted our pack for some serious water slide fun. We arrived at the park at about 6:30pm and played until 7pm, when the park was closed to the public and we had our awards ceremony. Since Gavin is no longer a Cub, he didn't get anything (we cheated and snuck in anyway because I'm still on the Cub Committee). After awards, we ate dinner (all the hot dogs and soda you could eat) and started sliding again. Gavin had a great time with his friends and Enoch and Kate loved the baby pool. Enoch just hung out in the water and people-watched (his favorite hobby). Kate went up the stairs and down the slide over and over and over. She loved it and couldn't get enough of it. We had such a great time. It is the best pack meeting of the year; I think the boys enjoy it even more than Pinewood Derby. We have such amazing boys and leaders in our pack. Go 1040!
