Celebrate Red, White & Blue
Okay, so now that I have figured out how to change the background on our blog, it has became a lot of fun. Thanks to all who took part in our poll. It seems that most people liked our new look. However, I'm a total sucker for everything red, white and blue. I'm changing to a patriotic theme for a few months to celebrate my favorite holiday, the 4th of July. I decided to change today, it being Flag Day. I love this time of year, seeing all the flags flying so often. I can't wait to get my bunting up on the porch. As I say to my kids about America, especially this time of year: LOVE YOUR LIBERTY, REMEMBER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

I loved the old background but this one is a lot cuter!! I'm glad you figured out how to work the backgrounds.
My vote is that this background is great! As you know I'm a big patriotism / freedom buff so I love the red, white and blue - especially for June and July. About the four square posts, you have to do it in the html format. It's a little tricky so I'll print out the codes for you and come give you a lesson!
I like the new background as well. Maybe it's a family thing or something. :)
I love it! One of the hardest things about living in Canada is giving up most of my way-over-the-top USA patriotism. I have to tone it down quite a bit so I don't offend anyone here, but I LOVE flags and bunting and fireworks, and even though I had to become a Canadian citizen for practical reasons, my heart is as red, white, and blue as ever.
